Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Join our compassionate care team as a Certified Nursing Assistant. You will provide essential hands-on support to elderly clients in their homes, helping them maintain independence and dignity while delivering the highest standard of personal care.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes in client condition to the supervising nurse
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
  • Assist with light meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition and hydration
  • Accompany clients to medical appointments and community activities
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment
  • Document care provided accurately and in a timely manner

Requirements

  • Valid Massachusetts CNA certification (required)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in home care, long-term care, or a clinical setting preferred
  • Genuine passion for caring for the elderly, especially those with dementia or Alzheimer's
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
  • CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Home Health Aide (HHA)

We are looking for dedicated Home Health Aides who are committed to enriching the lives of our clients. In this role you will provide personalized care and assistance to seniors in the comfort of their own homes, making a meaningful difference every single day.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and mobility as directed by the care plan
  • Support clients with prescribed exercises and physical therapy routines
  • Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding when necessary
  • Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry and tidying living spaces
  • Provide medication reminders and observe for side effects
  • Offer companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities
  • Communicate changes in client health or behavior to the care coordinator promptly

Requirements

  • Valid Massachusetts HHA certification (required)
  • Experience working with seniors, especially those with dementia or chronic conditions, preferred
  • Compassionate, patient, and dependable character
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Ability to lift and assist clients safely (up to 50 lbs with proper technique)
  • Basic English communication skills (written and verbal)
